Pazz
Hi, I am a complete novice at this stuff. I have managed to connect my new Samsung Q210 laptop via HDMI and sound and picture is fine. But the resolution on my 1080p LG TV is still on 1280x800. I wanted to know if anyone could help me get 1080p from my laptop. I have a GeForce 9200M GS. Thank You :)
zipper
You can change the HDTV output properties via NVidia Control Panel.
Pazz
Hi, thanks for the quick reply, I have just figured out I can select 1080p via the control panel. But this is only displaying it on the TV. Is there any way of having it on the laptop too? My old laptop had the same resolution as this one but when connected to my TV by HDMI it worked on both the tv and the laptop and the resoultion was set to 1080. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks :)
