Guest Keta

Hello guys,

i've installed the official 186.03 nvidia-driver on my acer laptop with an 8600 gs.

Now after every windows-start the resolution on my desktop is under 800x600.

The colours are displayed wrong.

Can you help me or give me a hint ?

Or shall i install a previous driver ?

Thx

When I try to download the modified inf file, the site gives me a 404 file not found. Does anyone have a better link to the file?

Is there any chance that we could get a modded INF file on this version? I run with a dell xps 1710 that has the rarely found geforce go 7950 gtx. I am unable to install these drivers and would greatly appreciate any advice as to how to get (or make) the INF. Thanks.

Have you tried Mobility Modder? (google)?

I have a similar problem with my Dell Vostro 1500, 8600 GT. Either resuming from sleep or booting fresh, resolution is 640x480.

Haven't noticed any problems with colours (haven't looked very critically).
