Disabling Powermizer Under Windows 7

Hello all,

I'm have an extremely annoying problem with my Macbook under Boot Camp running Windows 7. I'm running the newest drivers(190.40 or what not) and all that good jazz, but the problem is that when I'm gaming(Lord of the Rings: Online, mostly) I'll be running at a respectable 30fps(fine for an MMO) and then my performance will literally drop by like half, down to around 15 fps, which is barely above sideshow, for minutes at a time. I only use my laptop on a granite countertop when I'm gaming, and I've go it lifted up off the counter so that it can breathe. It gets warm, but never hot.

I'm pretty sure this is powermizer's fault.

I've tried powermizer switch 1.2 and it didn't seem to change anything.

Is there a way to kill powermizer under Windows7?

Thank you so much for any help you can give me.
