Guest ssip96 Posted August 17, 2009 Report Share Posted August 17, 2009 brightness does not show up on power managment nor on mobilty center. the power plans from vaio ("VAIO optimized") are showing, but still if I pull the plug screen stays on maximum brightness... installing the original OEM drivers worked, however only partly- whenever i turn off the display (close the lid, go into sleep mode), when i turn it on again, brightness can't be adjusted again until i restart my computer... i've tried all the drivers i could find... most of them wouldn't install, the ones that do install, have the same problem... any ideas guys?...
