NCYS Posted August 22, 2009 Report Share Posted August 22, 2009 I have the NVIDIA Geforce4 420 Go 32MB graphics card and I fixed the blackbar issue using modded INF's for driver version 77.77 I wanted to upgrade the driver to 84.25 so I used the INF enhancer and installed the driver and when I restarted my computer the blackbar is there again......how do you fix this issue??? Or do I have to upgrade the Video Card BIOS cause in the blackbar issue thread it said the 4.17.00.59.F9 bios is the good and I'm using the bad one......... Claw Posted August 24, 2009 Report Share Posted August 24, 2009 Run the system in safe mode, uninstall your drivers, use a tool like Driver Sweeper or Driver Cleaner to delete redundant files, then after reboot install the 84.25.
