Spax87
Do you mean the HDMI flickering? what is hdmi-flickering?? i got some flickering since 185.xx only for half a second maybe. i think it only happens with 8700m gt
CloudVN
work like a charm, tested with lot of recent games (i.e Sims 3, Lost Planet Colonies, :) May Cry 4, Street Fighter 4, Pro Evolution Soccer 2009) and so far performance is increased by 10% to 20%. Before 186.81, i tried the official 186.03 and the result is terrible everytime i try to turn anti aliasing on my screen turns dark in most dx9 games. This is the best driver at this moment for mobile gpu in my opinion.

Sometimes the sound also does the same. very anoying when you are watching a movie. Old nvidia drivers didn't have this issue... Normally it should be working on every model of 9500M GS, i myself have tried to install this driver on 8600M GS, 8600M GT and 9600M GT and found no errors so far. You should properly uninstall your old driver before installing 186.81.

Guest puja
Though the driver numbers are near..186.81 and 186.82, experimenting with both drivers i have to say that 186.82 performs way much better than 186.81... the downside is between both drivers, the official 186.81 is more stable...with 186.82 i get random screen freeze where i had to restart my notebook...am using 8600m gt... Have tested 186.82 with Dawn of Discovery(Anno 1404), Call of Juarez Bound in Blood, Batman Arkham Asylum DEMO, Dawn of War 2, Company of Heroes, Guitar Hero World Tour, The Witcher Director's Cut, and Fallout 3 with the stuttering gone for Fallout 3 but with 186.81 the stuttering is there... I usually test drive the drivers with several games...never like the idea of benchmarking using benchmark softwares... And thanks to all that involves in making this site one of the best and helpful site available... Long live Laptopvideo2go... :)

Guest Guest
Been testing these on an Asus G50Vt-X2 (p8600 @ 2.4 OC to 3.1ghz, 9800m GS OC'd to 670/930/1670 w/BIOS flash and voltage mods, 4gb RAM, Vista x64). So far, performance is better than my previous set in all the games I own (DOX 185.85), and the card runs about 3 degrees cooler (heavy load: ~83C before, ~80C after new drivers). Basically, if they're stable for you, they're a good set to install. All of my games work well - no crashing, no issues with any of the 3D settings, and my overclock is still stable as ever. I had the screen do some weird flickering when I restarted my computer once, but it hasn't happened again, so I'm assuming all is well. The only real issue I'm curious about is that Nvidia Control Panel reports I am using Dx10.1, when in fact my card does not support that, but I'm guessing it's just some minor error.
