First you have to give more hardware information like "What OS are you using?", "What is your CPU?", "How old is your laptop?", "Have you've cleaned out dust from your fans recently?". Some laptops have different specifications. You should have done a search on these forums if you haven't. There are already enough topics about 7150M and working drivers and feedback.

75C is fine. Only 85C and above is dangerous.

If you are using Vista or Windows 7 you should try out 186.82.

If you are on XP you can't install most of the newer NVIDIA drivers for some reason. NVIDIA must have changed the coding in their new drivers and since 7150M is too old. For XP you could try out "Dox's Forceware 182.46" or 177.92 if that doesn't work for you.

@Shaythong

I'm using Compaq V3749 which has a NVIDIA GeForce7150/nforce 630i; I'm just installed XP and trying to update graphics/display driver but not able to find one... Could you suggest any?
