Amilo Pi1556 ATI3650 256 DDR3?

Hi, I have the latest FSC Bios and as my Geforce 7600 Go is giving up,

I was wondering if s.o. tried the 256MB DDR3 Version with the Latop as the 512MB DDR2 isn't supposed to work?

But correct me if I'm wrong.
