Rangelo
Hi all I am the owner of a Sony Vaio HTPC , the unit came installed with Vista 32bit and I recently upgraded to windows 7 64bit. I thought my only issues was the graphic drivers however that is not the case. I am having sound card issues and I cannot find the driver that will allow my HDMI port to output DD or DTS (Currently getting 2 channel sound from HDMI). I dont want to use the optical cable at all. Does any one know if there are drives that will work with my desktop that will restore my HDMI audio? Please help! Thanks

Thanks hmm, you could try Sony's Sigmatel/IDT HD Audio driver v6.10.5921.0 which seems to be posted only on their FTP site. I've heard in another forum that these Sigmatel/IDT Audio drivers are compatible with Windows 7 (both 32bit & 64bit).
