Win7 X64, most definitely not working with the GT 250M in my Toshiba.

How hard would it be to add all the video cards from mod.inf file from here? I know that works for me.

Did you try installing it via device manager, like mentioned.

Yup. Didn't seem to recognize my card. :)

At first, thanks Dox for ur effort there is a great improvement in overall-performance ( especially aero ) but sadly I've to say that I can't change the brightness either.

I can't download the Win7x64 version, looks like link is broken or something...

@Dox/REB - Thanks for that. Bit of a silly question in retrospect because the installer probably created the .inf in root anyway.

Installed fine (using Have Disk method) on my GT 240M running Win7 64-bit Professional anyway. :)

found problem why setup.exe dont work :)

now to move on to the brightness thing (if I can),

will have to do a version 1.1 or something and upload to laptopvideo2go server since mediafire is failing?

will do it early next week or something.

until then keep the feedback comming,

cheers

Sounds good.. I really hope that you'll find the brightness issue very soon :) I hate switching between graphicdrivers

Also, Mediafire works fine... atleast here

REB,

with the x64 versions I have fixed the setup.exe bug.

You are using x86? does the nvidia's setup.exe work for you?

Brightness changes fine on 8600M GS, Windows 7 32-bit. Thanks.

hi does the setup.exe work?

You dont have to install using have disk method?

Same installation error here.

I can manually install the driver, but obviously that doesnt automate stuff like the powermizer disabling.

dont worry, all optimisations will remain as willas powermizer disabling as long as you first run my installer and choose your options first!

How can I extract the .exe?!

Otherwise, the Installing by device manager will not work.

DOX's installer works fine, just follow it and choose your settings, and they will be extracted to the desktop. When the nvidia installer appears, just close it, and then do the device manager thing.

update,

I worked out why the nvidia setup.exe is not working after you click install.

I shall release a version 1.1 which will:

- Fix setup.exe issue

- Minor fixes to the devices supported database

- Hoping to fix brightness bug

REB is kindly helping me with the brightness bug, thanks REB.
