modded inf doesnt work with 9600gt!!!!

Also.

At installation on GeForce 9800GTX with Win Vista and Win Seven displayed an error that the important component is not installed and there is a rollback.

I get the same message with GTX 260, win7, 32bit.

Bah. I am still catching up! I guess I really need to get a 32bit copy on this machine also, huh. Good find.

People who are having the install problems, please try installing using the "Have Disk"/"Update Driver" method in Device Manager.

4 more days and I can try these out on my 470 and 64bit OS:D

Tried that also and got a message saying there was problems with the driver and installation had stopped. So I rolled back to previous driver.

Installed on my Win 7 Ion netbook, was an error that popped up part way through but didnt stop the install and it asked me if i wanted to install USB drivers which i opted not to.

Rebooted and all seems ok GPU-Z shows correct driver version but havent tested on video or gaming yet will try to at lunch today.

Bug in inf. GF GT 320M when this line is add to registry via installation "HKR,, EnableBrightnessControl, %REG_DWORD%, 1" brightness control does't work. My latop is HP dv6-2120ew, win7 x86

After your comment I had a closer look and yes there is an included USB driver
