Guest karol Posted May 20, 2010 Report Share Posted May 20, 2010 hi im not that familiar with this software but my niece was playing on my comp. and for some strange reason i cant use my webcam to record videos anymore and i cant find the program on my comp. but when i go on skype it works. How can i open my webcam without going on skype. i want to record videos of my son but cant seem to find the software or program???? what do i do??? ur help is greatly appreciated. jacktheripper Posted May 21, 2010 Report Share Posted May 21, 2010 (edited) Hi! There are plenty of webcam softwares that will work with the webcam (such as webcammax). But if you don't want to buy them, you can try Sony's website and look for it in the tech and support area. Usually they have everything for the laptop you bought (drivers, some programs). Hopefully you find it there. If there's nothing, you can always try Restoring the computer(using system restore).
