Today I bought an Ati HD 4570 (from mxm-upgrades)! i installed card but i get only a black screen! Bios is Phoenix Bios Version 1.27 (originaly shiped with laptop)?? on some forums a read that i have to flash BIOS with some other Alienwere Bios. Is it true?? is it safe ?? What exactly should i do ?? thanks in advance!!! I found a post from a guy on this forum, stating that his amilo 1536 + ati hd4570 + aw bios 1.09 a re working just fine. Guest darko Posted June 19, 2010 Report Share Posted June 19, 2010 hi there, i just wanted to confirm that FSC Amilo 1556 + ati hd4570 + Alienwere BIOS 1.19w works very smooth, with gpu temperatures 55 - 60 Degrees (with nVidia 7600 go - ~ 90). There was no problems whatsoever during replacement of graphic card. Thanks for help you are providing here!!
