NVIDIA Desktop 260.52 Leaked

Recommended Posts

With new installer, options and PhysX.

Win7\Vista x64 only.

[uPDATE]

I have a feeling these are the drivers NVIDIA are having issues with, that were supposed to be released last week.

These look to be broken, I noticed some sites have removed these drivers due to NVIDIA's request.

Use at YOUR OWN RISK !!

Download (original Megaupload)

Got them hosted here as well now over Forceware 260.52 Windows 7 / Vista 64bit

A modded INF can be found here

This works with the installer.

I tried to mod the INF from this driver to install on my 8600m GT. I got it to install, but it causes a black screen whenever the display initializes.

The new modded INF causes the same problem. I think this driver is broken on the 8600m GT, or perhaps all G80 or all G80m GPUs.

Pretty good, a new high with 3DMark06, others not bad.

Powermizer works at least for me - as with every driver lately. But it may be hardware depending. Haven't tried on games yet.

I haven't the slightest idea. So far, none of the 260.xx drivers have worked. There was also one other person with a Vostro 1500 like mine who had the same problem.
