Help with optimus drivers Toshiba M645-S4055

I recently bought a Toshiba Satellite M645-S4055 and I installed win7 ultimate. It was a clean install and so I had to redownload the drivers for everything. I downloaded the video card drivers provided by Toshiba on its website and so I assumed that Optimus would be included. However I don't think this is the case because when I load TF2 the frame rate is usually below 30, around 15 when there's a bunch of action. I went to the nvidia website and downloaded the latest Optimus driver 189.79 but when I tried to install it an error message came out and said there wasn't any compatible hardware. What do I do?

i have the same Problem with my Dell XPS and a gt420m. I already tried the newest driver + inf but after that I get a second screen output
