rdu
Hi Could anyone please guide me to make Optimus work on a Dell XPS 14 (L401X) laptop (Core i3)? Dell did sent the laptop with Windows 7 64-bit preinstalled and there is a driver available for that OS version on the Dell Support site, but I need to run Windows 7 32-bit and there is no Dell driver support for that OS version. Hardware IDs are: GeForce GT 420M: PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0DF1&SUBSYS_04681028 Intel HD Graphics: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0046&SUBSYS_04681028 Thanks a lot! Guest Kubunton
Hi, just try to search for your "pci/ven" in the nvam.inf file.(nvidia folder -> driver). And add your hardware id's. So the install of the orig. nvidia driver should work. Cant guarante for optimal hardware support. kubunton
