Greetings all!

First of all I am sorry for messing around but I've got an issue with my Go 6400 for a long time... I'v downloaded a lot of drivers and seems that none are working well. What's more some programs says that my drivers are out of date. The latest version I found is 178.xx I guess and still it's out of date.

Can someone help me find the latest driver version for Geforce Go6400 please?

Try this:

(x86)

(x64)

This is the latest. (265.90) I am currently using it on my Geforce Go 6150. Working fine.

But aren't these drivers for Quadro?

NVIDIA's drivers can install on any NVIDIA card. The modified inf allows it to install but the files will install on any NVIDIA GPU.

http://www.nvidia.com/object/feature_uda.html

The NVIDIA Unified Driver Architecture (UDA) is the foundation for the company’s award-winning drivers and delivers forward-and-backward compatibility across all implementations of NVIDIA desktop, workstation, mobile, platform, and multimedia processors.

I had the same question as you too.

Would it be a bad thing to install this on a laptop because first of all this is Quadro and second of all this is desktop. So should I keep the HP/Compaq Mobile OEM 259.47 drivers or install this driver?

I'm using it right now, I have no adverse side affects
