Bill Posted January 18, 2011 Report Share Posted January 18, 2011 We need a new forum for ARM news (relating to Cortex A9, Cortex A15, Tegra, Nvidia's project Denver, Windows on ARM, etc) and we also need some kind of support and discussion forum for ARM platforms as well. (maybe desktop and mobile sub-forums) This year we will see the rise of multi-core ARM tablets, phones, and maybe even laptops. I am very close to unveiling my home made multi-core ARM tablet. It is faster than and has way more battery life than an Intel Atom tablet has. While my first Cortex A9 device doesn't have an nvidia graphics chip, it is DX10 class graphics capable, and I expect I will buy a Tegra 2 or 3 machine in the next year. My OMAP4430 should run Unreal Engine 3 developed games once Epic games ports their dev kit to Ubuntu or Android.
