OK guys, why you Geforce 9600M users have to test every new driver and say it is not good or doesn't work for you? What for? Even if it runs, your hardware wouldn't notice a single more fps in games because it is old! That crappy old card is not the focus of the new driver optimizations. Only GF400/500 series.

I got a huge fps boost on my gtx460 in DA2 too.

maybe because i wan't to play DA2 with DX10 with more than 20fps

anyway i'm glad you know so much about the new drivers, probably you also know which drivers are the best for my 9600M GT ?

9600m gt is an old card, but not so crap. you can still play the majority of games at good fps without antialiasing. and using new drivers can lead advantages with new games even with "crappy old cards" (not necessarily framerate improvements). Please don't feed the troll.

note: I have a 9600m gt (old card). No blue screens. No problems at all with new games and new gpu drivers. The only problems I found so far is that with latest 267serie drivers, it's doesn't keep saving of 3d settings in nvidia control panel (like AA-AF levels...).

Hey, I also have a 485m. I looked in the forums and found an entry for modded inf version 4.070 that had some additional gpu entries. I copied and manually added NVIDIA_DEV.0E31.01 = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 485M" to the list of GPUs in the inf that came with this driver. It still does not work. Is there anything else I need to add to the inf file?
