The only driver that was compatible is the one found here >>> http://gulf.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp?LNG=13&service=AE&selCategory=2&selFamily=2&selSeries=178&selProduct=5401&selShortMod=1005&language=13&selOS=30&selType=all&yearupload=&monthupload=&dayupload=&useDate=null&mode=allMachines&search=&action=search&macId=&country=39&page=1 which is version 8.723.2 That sounds ancient to me. I tried downloading the latest driver from the AMD ATI website specifying my graphics chipset model but no luck, it wasn't compatible Is there a way I can get an updated driver that would work with my notebook? Thanks Ok, i got my relative's Toshiba L650 for a month to play around, but at first i had to battle to get the drivers to updated for the graphics card as well... Here is how i get around Tosh's restriction Download any version of the Cat driver package that has the proper driver installable. I happen to find a moded full package 11.2 out of some hard digging. Once the original driver over written, I was able to install other packages ie the current 11.5. Shame on AMDTi not doing what Nvidia is doing open up graphics drivers for the mass....
