allysonlettie
I am currently using an Asus UL50VT and have updated my drivers to 197 successfully using some guides posted here. I am not sure I understand how modding infs work and so I cannot figure out how to install the newer drivers on my own. Is it possible to get the newer drivers onto the hybrid laptops? If so, could someone point me in the right direction. If this is a repost I apologize. -Allyson
anytimer
AFAIK you can only do that if you run the laptop in Optimus mode. See the thread Optimus on hybrid graphics. Also, check out Nautis's thread here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/sony/342947-my-discoveries-vaio-z-s-hybrid-graphics.html Edited October 12, 2011 by anytimer
