Infinity7
NVidia WHQL driver 296.17 is available on Windows Updates for Windows 8 Consumer Preview users. They can be installed on Windows 7 and Vista (per StefanG3D) as well. The drivers are WDDM 1.2 in Windows 8 but they are WDDM 1.1 in Windows 7. The driver version is r295_97-7. The driver cab file is here: http://fg.v4.downloa...422c9207b5c.cab Download the cab file and unzip it into a new folder then go to Device Manager/right-click Display Adapter/Properties/Driver tab/Update Driver/Browse My Computer/Let Me Pick from List/Have Disk/Browse/Go to driver folder/select the inf file that Windows wants. StefanG3D
Thanks, works also fine under Vista. There are no obvious changes in OpenGL or OpenCL compared to 295.73 though.
