mobilenvidia
After Stefan found some Geforce drivers for the Commodore C64, I had a closer look at the revived Commodore brand. Some of us will remember the glory days of Commodore when they were the biggest home computer brand around. Then some dubious decisions led to their downfall. But here we have the Amiga Mini, Looks nothing like the old Amiga, but it should perform a little better with 21st Century components. The Outstanding Features of the AMIGA mini The Commodore AMIGA mini comes with: A massive 16 Gigs of fast DD3 memory. Integrated nVidia Geforce GT 430 Graphics with 1 Gig of DD3 memory. The ability to drive 3 monitors displays. HDMI, 2-Dual DVI and DisplayPort output. (includes VGA adaptor) 7.1 channel high definition sound. 6 Gb/s SATA for incredibly fast HD reads. 4 USB 3.0 and 4 USB 2.0 ports for exceptional external data access. A slot loading Blu-ray drive that can also write DVDs. 2 WiFi antennae for outstanding signal reception. A 1 Tb Hard Disk to store video and personal data. Optional 300 or 600 Gb SSD drive for lightning quick load times. First looks are impressive with the GT 430 and 16GB of RAM, this is more than capable of strutting its stuff and all in a tiny little box. The Commodores were around the same time that Apple had their first computers, if only Commodore had more foresight back then. We could have been calling each other on cPhones, cPads etc  For all the details on this revived company and their even more nostalgic Commodore C64 and Vic20 brands head on over to Commodore Brings back very fond memories of my Commodore PET that really started the computer craze for me.
