Double-click the driver package and it extracts making a new folder in the same place that your downloaded file is. Paste the modified inf file into the Display.Driver folder which is within your folder for the extracted driver package. Let it overwrite the file of the same name which is already there (this is the first choice Windows gives you on the list). Now find the setup.exe within your extracted driver's main folder and double-click it and the installation begins.
