Ballsmasher Posted July 24, 2012 Report Share Posted July 24, 2012 Browsed through a few of the posts here but looking for a solid answer, this machine (m9750) currently has 4gb ram and an nvidia 9650M GS graphics card, I'm getting the 30 second beeps and performance message. Is this affecting the cards/systems performance by a large margin? I'm very unfamilar with laptops (recently got it from a friend) and is there any way to counter the performance loss and beeps? i have attached my gpuz rom also. Crispii Posted August 20, 2012 Report Share Posted August 20, 2012 Did your friend replaced the laptop stock video card with an alternate one? If so, the performance of your card will be limited. I think you have to modify your Vcard bios in order to have your optimum performance. But after it all you still maintain the message but its about a second long with offcourse no beep.
