Joos2000 Posted August 7, 2012 Report Share Posted August 7, 2012 I apologize terribly if this issue has been covered before, but I've done a couple of searches on the forum and couldn't really find what I was looking for, but I'm not really sure what to search for and I'm new to this whole modifying INF thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a Sony Vaio VGN-Z16GN laptop, with a sony proprietary switchable graphics thingy (pre Optimus). Intel GMA45 and nVidia 9300M GS I think. Now, sony's support website is not very helpful and the driver they provided is outdated and doesn't work with windows 7 64b. I've downloaded NV driver 296.10 but I am unsure how to proceed.
