External monitor are blinking

Hi.

I've git a problem.

When I plug any USB device or press Ctrl+alt+del or install any application my external monitor SamsungT220 blink (screen become black for 1 second).

I have tried about 10 drivers bit blinking doesnt gone away. The monitor can blink shortly or long time it depends on different driver.

Please help.
