NVIDIA Geforce/Verde driver 320.00

As part of the NVIDIA Notebook Driver Program,
this is a reference driver that can be installed on supported NVIDIA
notebook GPUs. However, please note that your notebook original
equipment manufacturer (OEM) provides certified drivers for your
specific notebook on their website. NVIDIA recommends that you check
with your notebook OEM about recommended software updates for your
notebook. OEMs may not provide technical support for issues that arise
from the use of this driver.

I had several black screen and my laptop stuck on this driver....

using WINDOWS 7 and 8 x64 with a Geforce 560M GTX

I've had one "The nVidia display driver stopped responding but recovered successfully" since I installed these. I'll stick with it and see if it keeps happening and revert to 314.22 if so.

 

 

EDIT: It just happened again and the driver didn't recover this time. Both times I've been on the Win 8 desktop, not even in game. Rolled back to 314.22.
