Just after two hours the next one - 378.49 WHQL. Pretty similar, might be a little faster.

382.33 - older benchies a little better but Fire Strike little slower. Checking GTX 1080 laptop prices and waiting sub 3000€ MSI offer...

Skipped  a couple of drivers - now 384.94 WHQL. It's a step forward except Cloud Gate and worth trying.

Next series  387.92 notebook WHQL - pretty similar, even results on all benchmarks.

390.65 notebook WHQL. I was afraid about slowdowns after Windows security updates - yet nothing special speedwise, good on Fire Strike; vantage down.

  • 11 months later...

Nice Xmas present - my 680M seems to be kaputt now. Recognized but 0 MHz and kernel driver errors. That's it, 5 years  7 months service until dead.
