Need to boot up Windows 8.1 in disable driver signature mode and use a modified inf file to be able to install it for use with a GeForce card. DXDIAG reports it is WDDM 1.3 after installation.

Here is the modified inf file I used to be able to install this international desktop driver on 64-bit Windows 8.1 for use with a GeForce desktop card: http://www.mediafire.com/view/gqg66dkdkzoz68g/nv_dispwi.inf

This 334.67 driver has a new game profile for CoD Ghosts. It has 16 undefined settings in the game profile (per NVidia Inspector), as opposed to the 9 undefined settings which were in the 332.21 driver.

My initial tests with Fraps using the in-game FXAA showed a very big increase in the number of frames rendered. More test results later.

EDIT: Subsequent tests shows performance improvements in Ghosts when using 1x SMAA, 2x MSAA, 2x TXAA also. More frames rendered, higher FPS.

2nd EDIT: A NVidia tech has confirmed the performance improvements for Ghosts. He says that even the SLI-flickering issue fixed.
