I want to install this driver on windows 10 64-bit but it gives an error, "Your computer doesn't meets minimum requirements" HELP!

Try this where it reads " Windows 10 and later upgrade & servicing drivers "

26MB=64 bit version

If you want to get driver v8.15.10.2993 working on Windows 10, you can perform the following steps:

  1. Extract the .zip file (from original post) and navigate to: \Win7Vista_64_152258\Graphics\
  2. Open the kit51428.inf file and search (or scroll to line 69) for: IntelGfx.NTamd64.6.2
  3. You'll take what's there, and add 2 lines, so it looks like this, and save the file.
    [IntelGfx.NTamd64.6.2]
    ; no install on Win8
    %iILKGM0% = iILKM0, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0046
    %iILKG0% = iILKD0, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0042
  4. Now, since you modified the file, the signature is invalid. We'll need to boot up without signature enforcement.
    In the Start Menu, search "Change advanced startup options" --> "Restart Now".
  5. When your computer restarts, Press F7 on your keyboard to select Disable driver signature enforcement
  6. When you're back in windows, you can update the graphics driver by pointing to the kit51428.inf file you modified in step 2

you forgot a few steps after step 6, rpertusio.  In Device Manager, expand the Display adapters section, click on Intel HD Graphics and choose Update Driver, click Browser my computer for driver software,  then choose "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer", click on the Have Disk button, and specify the kit51428.inf file.  When a prompt that says "Install this driver software anyway" appears, click on it to install the graphics driver and reboot for them to take effect.

Then finally download and run the wushowhide.diagcab file from Microsoft's support KB article 3073930 to block/hide any device driver updates to Intel HD Graphics because Windows 10 may silently download & install an MS certified WHQL "signed" version of the graphics driver, overwriting the unsigned "modded" graphics driver.
