After install I got a BSON (Black Screen of Nothing)
Only the mouse pointer was visible, screen was black.
Have a feeling everything was working but invisible
Pressing numerous key combinations to try and invoke a reboot, it finally did
Now that its rebooted all seems well

Same here. Heard the bell of the hardware manager (?) ringing twice.

Then waited a minute and rebooted via power button.
