3756.09_win10x64 Modded INF

Modded INF for Win10 x64

Thanks for the modded INF...   it fails to install on my Asus GL502VM laptop with GTX1060.
So far this laptop has been challenging with drivers...    only found a total of 3 drivers that will actually install.     :\

You on Anniversary or pre ?
Ie before or after build 14393, INF has sections
I can only test Post Anniversary Win10

Do you even need a modded INF ?
I'd say all NV drivers support your setup

I have an Asus GL702VM (17inch) laptop with GTX1060, the drivers from nvidia's site fail to install (desktop and notebook), also the modded inf still fails on both. Now get this whats worse is on asus's support site they give you 2 outdated drivers to use (better than nothing) the problem is some moron zipped the install files, but when you try to launch the install it fails and says there are missing . So right now all I have is the basic windows driver on my brand new laptop .

hi,

my last drivers for my graphic card: http://www.nvidia.pl/download/driverResults.aspx/110404/pl

my graphic card id : PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0A75&SUBSYS_FF001179

please help me with mod lastest graphic drivers.

Your GPU is not supported, you need to head on over to 341 series
The 310M was no longer supported after that series

make sure you use the International driver with modded INF, English only will probably fail as files will be missing.
Also turn off driver sig enforcement as this will stop drivers from installing with modded INF
Try installing driver via Device Manager update driver, this will say why it failed

Hi guys. I accidentally found this through google when I was searching for information for my GT 630M.

I have a Dell Inspiron 14R 5420, bought in Brazil with a i5-3210m.

Well, here is the problem:

My card on full load (in any game or benchmark tool), with or without overclock, starts throttling around 70ºC and it's weird.

In my research I found that throttling is supposed to occur in higher temperatures but it's not my case.

I tried to install the last driver with the *.inf provided here but no work.

I've searched for bios mod, undervolting and some stuff but nothing worked.

My bios is up to date (version A19) from the bios file from Dell site.

Also, my notebook has 4 years and I need to solve this to pair my PC with an i7 if I can overclock the gpu, otherwise I'll stick with the i5.

One last thing: I've openned and cleaned everything. I've replaced the thermal paste correctly (thin little line) in the CPU and GPU heatsinks.

The CPU is fine, 75ºC on full gaming load or 61º in synthetics benchmarks (note, the crit temperature for the i5 is 105ºC).

Anyway, sorry for the bad english, is my second language.

I'd check the GPU again for the thermal paste
Make sure its got  complete covering and no air pockets
Did you remove the old paste completely, this is usually a rubbish past that dries up and crumbles

If one tiny bit was missing or air pocket then that will go over the throttle limit

Also see if you can get an app that will turn the fans on full, see if this makes a difference

Thanks for the help. Reapplied the thermal paste but didn't work.

Well, I'll try to get some software to control my fan speed but it's hard because my GPU is OEM. I read some info that this kind of setup can only be modified by a motherboard bios replace that changes throttling temperature, voltage, fanspeed and stuff.

Got no luck with speedfan.

Are there separate Heatsinks and fans for GPU and CPU ?

If single heatpipe/fan then its controlled by CPU, you can then control with an app

Yeah, it's single.

I'm using speedfan, actually it can increases my cooler spin but when this program is open every 5 seconds my CPU load goes to almost 100% then it drops my fps to 0 every 5 seconds.

I'll try other versions of the software, the other that I've tried didn't work.

Grab Throttlestop 8 beta 4 (I think is latest) works wonders with Intel GPUs and keeping them cool
