Infinity7 Posted June 9, 2017 Author Report Share Posted June 9, 2017 I had trouble with this driver, C++ error Explorer has crashed. Then tried using DDU to reboot up into Safe Mode, and I'm stuck at black screen ever after that. I had to go off to work before resolving issue. Infinity7 Posted June 9, 2017 Author Report Share Posted June 9, 2017 I was able to resolve the issue of stuck at black screen. I disconnected the Display Port connector to HDMI connector cable between my GTX 1080 and Samsung TV. Then I connected up a HDMI to HDMI cable in instead. I got video back right away, but message said Win 10 was messed up, so I chose the option to let it reset Windows but keep my files. It finished up ok, and it ended up with me back on driver 382.53 and latest Insider build 16215. All is ok, but I've had to reinstall all my programs again.
