mobilenvidia
Electronic can make buzzing noise, my alarm clock most annoying one of them Modems and routers are known for it too, when data is flowing I wouldn't worry unless it gets louder or the GPU stops :) I take it you never noticed till the HDD was removed which would have had a slight whirring noise

mobilenvidia
I did listen quite a bit of background noise Is it annoying ? Not much you can do, doubt warranty would cover a noise you can hardly hear. If it does break you'll know why
