1f11 2060 clocks are 960-975 base, 1185-1200 boost

1f10 2070 clocks are 885-1230 base, 1185-1440 boost

some clocks may be prototype clocks

Would make sense as they seem to follow 2070's
Going to quite an army of 2060's with different RAM types, amounts and speed ?
