A new driver was found on station-drivers.com: "Intel Dynamic Platform & Thermal Framework".

It seems, this is the utility used for the "Configurable TDP" feature of IvyBridge mobile CPUs.

Driver build date: 27th January 2012 (DriverVer = 01/27/2012, 06.00.01.1067)
