Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling - not supported

Ampere (compute capability 8.0) - not supported

Vulkan API 1.1.126

Driver branch: r445_00-138

Note:
Mobile Kepler users please review NVIDIA's official support plan.
Technically it means, mobile support has only been removed from installer files (INF), the runtimes still work with all Kepler GPUs.
Therefore a modded INF is mandatory to use this driver with mobile Kepler GPUs 💩

Don't forget to disable driver signatures beforehand.

445.75 win10x64 Modded INF  - fixed version

I see OpenCL is broken. There must be some structural changes in the original INF.

I made a quick "Mini INF" for your device ID, can you test that?

INF completely re-written, please test again

Hi Stefan,

The INF you provided worked fine this time.

Thanks a lot

Is OpenCL showing as working for anyone in GPUz ?
Was working on making a std  modded INF but neither NV default nor my modded INF has OpenCL working, should have checked DCH version before uninstalling it as going back is a nightmare
If this is universal I can give up

Stefan's INF is giving same lack of OpenCL

M60 on server OpenCL (different driver) is working, I'll have a play with that

I have updated the OP with the fixed version.

A file compare between R440 and R445 INFs exposed 18 whatever differences regarding OpenCL.

Now lets wait for the announced R450 drivers ... 🙄

Nope no luck, with 960M
Am wondering if the WIndows Build 195xx are the issue
As same INF works for Server 2k19 but not Win10 build 19592

Can you enable NVIDIA Graphics Driver and GeForce Experience installer logging and run SETUP.EXE?

Hopefully the log file exposes what's missing.

Sorry for not pasting the whole thing just didnt want to put my name, this is the given error though, which seems weird, possibly a permissions issue?

1) Use 445.78 INF with 445.78 driver, otherwise you have a wrong version/date output in GPU-Z etc.

2) you tried standard INF with DCH driver, DCH package does not contain nvinit.dll

What do you mean by you cannot see it "in the list"?

In a text reader or in device manager?

@StefanG3D II followed all the steps mentionned in the FAQ but when I try to import it in device manager with the option "on the disk" the Geforce GTX 670MX does not appear on the list.

In notepad it appears properly but when trying to import it to update my drivers it does not show

Judging from your screenshot you are using Windows 7 or 8.x

Our modified INFs are exclusively for Windows 10 64 bit, that's why it fails.

Is there INF file for windows 8 that could work ?

You can make it yourself.

Open the smallest INF in a text editor, which is nvgei.inf

Find following strings and replace them with infos for your device.

Before:

[NVIDIA_Devices.NTamd64.6.1]
%NVIDIA_DEV.1391.0113.1775% = Section001, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1391&SUBSYS_01131775
%NVIDIA_DEV.1391.2113.1775% = Section001, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1391&SUBSYS_21131775
%NVIDIA_DEV.1391.4113.1775% = Section001, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1391&SUBSYS_41131775

[NVIDIA_Devices.NTamd64.6.3]
%NVIDIA_DEV.1391.0113.1775% = Section003, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1391&SUBSYS_01131775
%NVIDIA_DEV.1391.2113.1775% = Section003, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1391&SUBSYS_21131775
%NVIDIA_DEV.1391.4113.1775% = Section003, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1391&SUBSYS_41131775

[NVIDIA_Devices.NTamd64.6.2]

%NVIDIA_DEV.1391.2113.1775% = Section002, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1391&SUBSYS_21131775
%NVIDIA_DEV.1391.4113.1775% = Section002, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1391&SUBSYS_41131775

[Strings]

NVIDIA_A = "NVIDIA"
