StefanG3D
As you might have already noticed, you cannot install a standard driver on top of a DCH driver. "Driver Store Explorer" is a tool that can remove any driver from file repository. Run latest release of "Driver Store Explorer" Scroll down to graphics cards. "Force delete" the active driver which names your GPU on the right side. Windows automatically installs the driver with the most recent date. Hopefully it's a standard driver Open GPU-Z, it shows that a new driver has been installed, but has not been activated Open GPU CapsViewer, it show that the "Microsoft basic display driver" is active Open Device Manager, it asks you to reboot. After reboot the video driver should work as expected.
mobilenvidia
I've been playing with 451.22 diagnosing the STD driver file not found error in initial compressed file I was able to (with Device Manager anyway) install in both directions with ease There was a time where going to DCH was a huge mission.
