What’s New in Version R390 U15 Added security updates for driver components. See the NVIDIA Security Bulletin 5075 for details. Windows 10 Open Issues in Version R390 U15 [Assimilate Scratch]: The application may crash due to a kernel exception in the NVIDIA OpenGL driver. See “Open Issues in Version 392.59” on page 21 of Release Notes for more details. [Quadro M6000][Quadro Sync]: Unexpected flashing may appear on the display connected to the second GPU. Please consult your NVIDIA support team for details on resolving this behavior. danielsak 0
Hello @StefanG3D, is it worth to install this Quadro driver (with your modded INF file) if I currently have latest 391.35 WHQL Game Ready Driver from 27 March 2018 for my GeForce GT 540M? I'm using latest version of Windows 10 (20H2). I sometimes use CAD software (AutoCAD) and Photoshop, but I also play older games. I have NVIDIA Optimus in my laptop that switches between integrated HD 3000 and GeForce GT 540M. Regards. Edited October 29, 2020 by danielsak

Mostly the updates are security fixes, but the change logs in 391.74-392.00 also claim performance improvements.

StefanG3D 0
Windows 7 requires a different INF Download https://it.download.nvidia.com/Windows/Quadro_Certified/392.62/392.62-quadro-winserv-2012r2-64bit-international-whql.exe Open nv_dispswi.inf and inject your GPU like this: [NVIDIA_Devices.NTamd64.6.1] %NVIDIA_DEV.1213% = Section075, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1213 %NVIDIA_DEV.06D1% = Section004, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_06D1 [NVIDIA_Devices.NTamd64.6.3] %NVIDIA_DEV.1213% = Section077, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1213 %NVIDIA_DEV.06D1% = Section006, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_06D1 [NVIDIA_Devices.NTamd64.6.2] %NVIDIA_DEV.1213% = Section076, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1213 %NVIDIA_DEV.06D1% = Section005, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_06D1 [Strings] DiskID1 = "NVIDIA Windows (64 bit) Driver Library Installation Disk 1" NVIDIA = "NVIDIA" NVIDIA_A = "NVIDIA" NVIDIA_DEV.1213 = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670M" NVIDIA_DEV.06D1 = "NVIDIA Tesla C2050 / C2070" Fermi support has been physically removed in R396+ drivers, as documented in CUDA 9.2 release notes No dice modding them. You are a good man, i have tried following other sites and i had no luck with modding the .inf files, thank you for spending the time to help out a poor simple gamer lol
