I am running atm beta 21H1=19043.x, with this minor update you are still limited to WDDM 2.7 / DX12 shader model 6.5

Does it already support DX12 shader model 6.6 with dev builds 21031+  as mentioned at https://devblogs.microsoft.com/directx/in-the-works-hlsl-shader-model-6-6/?

I am on build 21301, only windows cobalt supports wddm 2.9 and 3 0 now. Gpus, Gtx1050 and rtx2080 super shows wddm 3.0. Of course rtx card shows fl 12.2 while pascal fl12.1 and both shows SM 6.5 now in gpu-z, so 6.6 must be either still not enabled or not supported by the current driver.
