Download via Windows update in dev channel.

To create a backup go to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\install\
There must be a file with recent date stamp and some 100 MB file size, the name usually consists of random hex numbers without .CAB extension

Driver branch: bugfix_main-16839

Vulkan API: 1.2.168
Compared to r465.42 this driver adds support for:

First GeForce driver to support OpenCL 3.0
