GeForce 470.05 Windows Insider is now being pushed to Insiders via Windows Update,

Adventurous folk can find a download for it on Mega.

This package only supports retail desktop boards, as it is missing the infs for mobile and OEM desktop variants.

Vulkan 1.2.170
CUDA 11.3 like in r465, ie it does not tease a new architecture

NVIDIA must be suffering from "branchitis" again.
Linux developer claimed in October that r455 is EOL with r460 availability, but apparently nobody told the Vulkan developers 🙄

EDIT:

This driver adds support for OpenCL 3.0

After experiencing three times a Bug Check 0x133 DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION while watching Youtube in Firefox i uninstalled the driver...

The DPC watchdog detected a prolonged run time at an IRQL of DISPATCH_LEVEL
or above.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, A single DPC or ISR exceeded its time allotment. The offending
component can usually be identified with a stack trace.
Arg2: 0000000000000501, The DPC time count (in ticks).
Arg3: 0000000000000500, The DPC time allotment (in ticks).
Arg4: fffff80649cfb320, cast to nt!DPC_WATCHDOG_GLOBAL_TRIAGE_BLOCK, which contains
additional information regarding this single DPC timeout
