Fixes & Enhancements

- Fixed the issue where an error message is displayed when you connect an external monitor through HDMI.
- Fixed the issue where changes that are made to NVIDIA Control Panel color settings go back to the original settings after restarting the system.
- Fixed the issue where the system is unable to keep display mode in second screen only after restarting. This issue occurs on systems with NVIDIA Advanced Optimus.
- Fixed the issue where the option Display GPU Activity Icon in Notification Area is turned on as Automatic Select mode in NVIDIA Control Panel.

Trying to install this with NVCleanstall, I've unzipped the driver, following the guide here: How to mod and sign NVIDIA drivers with TPU NVCleanstall - Frequently Asked Questions - LaptopVideo2Go Forums
But I always get an error message "can't find nvdmegpu.inf despite it definately being present in the folder...
