:: OPEN ISSUES

- since v42.54, Quadro4: Enabling Hyper-Threading can drop performance as much as 65%. This issue is being actively investigated but has no known workaround.

in v44.85

- Quadro NVS 200 & 400: Tries to install older driver or prompts for file source during upgrade. This behavior occurred because the newer driver was not Microsoft WHQL certified. The driver-ranking rules promulgated by Microsoft do not allow this, and NVIDIA cannot change this behavior. For more information, see http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/...dh_dmt_sdpl.asp

:: ISSUES RESOLVED

  • in v44.72
  • After hibernation, a Quadro 400 NVS system hangs entering or resuming from standby.
  • In Windows NT 4.0, the mode table limit of 296 modes does not allow all supported resolutions.
  • A Quadro4 980 XGL system hangs or stops when a PTC Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire script is run.

  • After a standby and restart, there is an exclamation mark next to the NVIDIA Quadro4 NVS entry in the Device Manager.
  • A Quadro NVS 400 with BIOS 4.17.20.13.16 may lose sync with an L2025 flat panel during a DOS mode switch.

  • in v44.78
  • Continued model rotation results in increased memory usage in Unigraphics 18.05.2 and NX 1.02.3.
  • FX 3000, Win2K: I-deas 9 hangs at start-up.
  • NV28GL, Win2K Japanese: Nissan SpaceVision has application error in user mode.
