You have directx 9.0c installed right?

If you have a new game that requires a DX9 card (actual DX9 hardware on card, like pixel shader 2+), then you will need a new graphics card, the GF440 go is not even Directx 8 compatible.

I assume you are trying to run a certain game, could you please post what game you want to run, and stop bumping topics on super old drivers, the thought of using a driver this old these days probably scares some people. :)
