Guest Korpowski Posted March 28, 2004 Report Share Posted March 28, 2004 Hello Here are some little tips to play far cry with a beatyful graphic: Resolution: 1024x768 (32bpp) Set everything to the highest settings change the setting for the shadows to "middle" then edit the system.cfg file: change "r_driver" from DX to "OpenGL" If you can: choose the "use max memory for textures" setting in the detonator-settings (OpenGL). Now you should be able to play the wonderful game without big problems (with a super graphics!!!) I hope I could help someone... PS. I own a P4 2.4GHz and run my g-board at 210/480 (for gaming)...
