Quadro4 700: Why dell don't support PowerMizer...

Well, now I founded some interessting things:

Dell seems to have some problems with their Quadro4 700 card. If you don't use the highest PowerMizer-Setting, you will probably have problems to change the brightness of your display! If you have some and you want to change the brightness, just change the PowerMizer-Setting to the highest value and wait some minutes...then it should work again!

Well, I have another problem: when I bootup the first time, I can't change the PowerMizer-Settings (has no effect), when I didn't started up with the highest one...
