Running application in fullscreen

Greetings,

I own a Toshiba Dynabook G5 with an external lcd hooked as seconday display. I was wondering if it possible to set/force any application that is capable of running fullscreen (such as games) to be displayed on secondary monitor, in fulscreen. I understand that some application can do this (such as playing fullscreen video via overlay), but for some that cannot, is there anything can be done about it? An inf or regsitry tweak, or maybe some external utilities?
