Here's the setup: Alienware Area51m 7700 GeForce Go 6800 (ID: 00C8) Video Driver: 76.50 WinXP SP2 20" Apple Cinema Display (clear bezel) Dr. Bott ADC/DVI adapter WinXP Diplay Properties set to "Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor." (referring to ACD as monitor #2). Both displays are set to 1680x1050 (the laptop's display is a 17" widescreen). I can see the Alienware splash screen and the Windows boot screen from startup. It's when the Windows video drivers take over that the ACD goes blank (the laptop's display works normally). Under the GeForce Go 6800 tab (Display Properties:Advanced) the system reports both the laptop display and the ACD. At this point it appears everything is installed correctly, but I'm still not getting a windows desktop on the ACD. I have already tried the various nView Display Modes with no success. Any ideas?
